The easiest (and perhaps quickest) way to lose a few pounds is to forgo the baggy fashions and cinch a belt at the waist. This trick works best with thicker belts (rather than tiny ones) and can be done with tunics, tops, skirts and dresses. If you have a bulky waist, however, this one should be avoided.
