Foot Scrub

If you notice that your feet are getting dry, flaky and cracked, you probably need to use an exfoliating product and a moisturizer regularly to keep the skin on your feet hydrated and soft. Find out more here!

In this video, they combine sugar, baking soda, olive oil and honey to create a homemade exfoliating treatment for the feet. Use this mixture once a week to remove dead skin cells from your feet.

After rinsing the mixture off your feet. Apply cooking oil all over your feet and then wear clean, white socks overnight. By using these treatments once a week throughout the winter, your feet will stay soft and moisturized.


  • White Sugar
  • Baking Soda
  • Olive Oil
  • Honey

Optional additions

  • Vitamin E Oil
  • Jojoba Oil

I've tried this and it really works. I like to add jojoba oil.

Great homemade foot scrub. As an esthetician, I added Coconut oil instead of the jojoba oil. Coconut oil not only has a great scent but is softening and nourshing to the cuticles and nails too! Try it!

I'll be trying this... after wearing flip lops in the summer my feet have gotten a little rough.
