Facial Massage

The steps

Follow this basic procedure to give yourself a relaxing and beautifying facial massage:

Start by washing your face thoroughly using a gentle exfoliating scrub.

Rinse your skin with cool water and pat dry.

Stroke your entire face beginning with your neck.

Work upward and rub gently in a circularly motion working your way out across your cheeks.

Apply light pressure to your temples and rub for 2-3 minutes.

Use the back of your hand and roll your fingers up your cheeks.

Do this under your chin as well to help prevent a double chin.

To relieve pressure on your forehead and sinus area, use the pads of your index and middle finger and press down firmly.

Repeat, while moving your fingers across the face underneath the eyes and across your nose.

Continue the same process along the center of your forehead. Give yourself a facial massage twice a week for 10-15 minutes for best results.

I am going to try this! I see how it would work - it relaxes all your facial muscles which is great at preventing wrinkles.

creams are essential esp for those who have wrinkles on their faces. I agree that creams still work.

Hi, I used to have pretty bad stretch marks and red scars around my belly region ever since I gave birth to my three kids.I had tried Vitamin E oil and cocoa butter which a number of people had recommended but unfortunately it didn't seem to work too well. My Doctor had even suggested that I go for a Tummy Tuck. I then recently read an article about a lady who supposedly got rid of her stretch marks using a particular cream. I tried it and it worked really well. It took a number of weeks but my stretch marks soon faded away. You can read the lady's article at the link below. http://stretchmarkszapped.wordpress
