As the seasons change, hairstyles and makeup change along with them. Suki Duggan, owner of Donsuki Salon & Spa in Manhattan offers us these fabulous tips and trends for winter hair and cosmetics.

This season, look for blunt hair cuts with soft color. Just as bronzer is out this winter, so is uber-dark hair. Red, blonde and chestnut brown are the colors of choice. Save the Bohemian look for spring. Winter '07-'08 is all about sleek hair and blunt bangs. Layers are for movement, not texture.

For eye makeup, apply a light color all over eye lid, follow with a deep eye liner and dramatic mascara. Try White Haute Silver eye colore from the Colorescience White Haute Kit ($35) available Dec. 1. Line your eyes with Pitch Black Eye Pencil ($12.50) and apply Thick and Curly Mascara ($25).

Add a natural, just-pinched-your-cheeks blush. Try Colorescience Apple of My Eyes Blush Brush ($45).

Lips take center stage this winter. Make a bold statement in dramatic, deep red. Chocolate Covered Cherry Lip Candy Glaze from Colorescience ($25) is the perfect choice.
