Fashion Week is just around the corner, and whether you're RSVPing your tuchus off or want to spy on what's new in fashion from the comfort of your own home (snuggie, anyone?), these mobile apps will make your NYFW adventure that much more… well, adventurous, or your social media creeping that much more… creepy?
