Each day for the next six weeks, you can expect:

1. Beach body move: Single leg squat

  1. Place all your weight on your right foot. Deeply bend knee and shift hips back like you are sitting in a chair. Let arms come forward as you lower down. This will help with balance.
  2. Drive up through entire foot to come back to standing. Make sure feet and knee is facing forward the entire time.
  3. Do 10 reps each side.
