L'Oreal Age Perfect Hydra Nutrition Golden Balm ($20): Golden in color and rich in moisture, this balm is ready to whip the weariest winter skin into shape. L'Oreal says it provides 24 hours of moisturization, and while it's geared more towards mature skin, anyone can benefit from the deep moisture coming from 10 "precious oils" including apricot seed and orange peel oils.
