Alba Botanica Good & Clean Gentle Acne Wash (albabotanica.com, $7)

How this product looks and feels:

This cleanser feels light and frothy and goes on the skin well and removes impurities in a jiffy without over drying.

What I liked about this product:

I loved the smell of the Fruit Acid Detox Fusion which has grapefruit, apple and other citrus fruit extracts. It felt a bit like slathering foamy orange juice on my face... in a great way.

Describe the application process, how often you used the product and for how long:

I cleaned my face three times with the cleanser and used it for half a minute each time.

Describe the results you saw over that amount of time:

My skin immediately felt clean without being dry. I noticed less acne in a few weeks too.

I would recommend this product for:

Those who want a nice clean feeling with a juicy cleanser that doesn't over dry skin. It's ideal for those with acne, but unlike many cleansers on the market, this doesn't zap your skin of all the moisture, which is important to prevent future breakouts.

Describe what you liked or didn’t like about the application process:

The cleanser comes in a convenient tube and it's easy to apply. It's very portable and light as well.

One compliment/comment I received while using this product was:

People noticed my glowing and clearer skin.
