Busty woman in black print bra

Finding the right fit

No need to let big boobs hold you down! With 85 percent of women wearing the wrong bra, chances are your twins aren't getting the love, lift and support they deserve. It doesn't have to be that way, though. Take a peek at these tips to help you find your best fit yet.

Look for full-coverage cups

Bras with full-coverage cups are a definite must-have for busty broads! Why? Because they completely cover your breasts, providing ample support that's necessary for large-chested women. The more support you have, the less likely you are to experience back pain, neck pain and a whole host of other health-related problems that go along with wearing the wrong bra size.

Try a bra with wider straps, wings and back bands

Don't just get stuck on the cup size! You should look for bras that have wider straps, wings and back bands as well, advises fashion expert and author of The Bra Book, Jené Luciani. In addition to offering extra support, wide straps (especially the cushioned ones) help relieve pressure on the neck and shoulders. Plus, they won't dig into you like a thinner strap might, causing pain and leaving those uncomfortable little red indentations. Wide wings and back bands, on the other hand, help smooth out bumps and stop back-fat bulge. They also give busty broads far better support.

Do invest in underwire support

Starting to notice a trend here? Having large breasts is all about finding a bra that's super supportive. And trust us, if you're any bigger than a C cup, an underwire is absolutely essential to achieving that goal. Not only does it prevent the whole embarrassing uniboob thing from happening by providing the proper lift, definition and separation you need, but it's much more comfortable for busty broads, which is always a plus.

Remember: Quality over quantity

The worst thing you can do if you have big boobs is buy a bunch of cheapo bras. They likely won't stand the test of time, offer adequate support or make your chest look fab beneath your clothes. So while a $50 bra may seem like a huge investment right now, remember: quality over quantity. You'll be a much happier, healthier and hotter woman for it!

Expert Tip:

Avoid minimizers! "These types of bras tend to squash and widen breasts, making you appear larger than you actually are," warns Luciani. "Go for a great, supportive push-up bra with the features mentioned here, and you'll be good to go."
