Russell's obsession with food developed in his early twenties. No longer living in England, he found himself in DC, with a vegetarian housemate who took over the kitchen and threw elaborate dinner parties where he was forced to defend Britain's culinary talents. Determined to change their opinions, and cook meat in his own kitchen on occasion, Russell became focused on food started contributing to the food blog EndlessSimmer.com. Since then, he's become obsessed with all things food: cooking, celebrity chefs, food trends, reality shows and of course, eating.
