Nominated for the Grand Jury Prize at the 2007 Sundance Film Festival, HOW SHE MOVE wowed audiences with its unflinching portrayal of life in a crime-infested neighborhood and explosive sequences celebrating the unique urban art form of step dancing. Featuring special appearances by R&B singer-songwriter Keyshia Cole and comedian DeRay Davis, the film stars newcomer Rutina Wesley as Raya, a girl struggling to find a way to a better life.
