Kelly's whole outfit seems to center around her sunshine-yellow top. The layered ruffling gives her petite frame a bit of shape and adds visual interest to an otherwise monochrome piece. Forever 21's Silk Zipper Ruffle Top is the same shade of cheerful yellow as Kelly's and has comparable thick ruffling down the front. Though you won't be able to see it with the blazer layered over it, the top features a stylish exposed zipper in the back. And for ultimate convenience, this top is machine washable.
