The Budget Fashionista also known as Kathryn Finney is another superstar in the budget fashion blog arena. Since Finney started the blog in 2003 it has become a national (and international, for that matter!) sensation and has over 26,000 loyal site members. Finney has also penned a hard copy Budget Fashionista book that is so popular that it is currently on its sixth printing.
