Giada’s Kitchen is expanding. No longer is the Food Network host sticking solely to traditional dishes. With the release of her new book October 14, Giada’s Kitchen: New Italian Favorites, the new mom has lengthened her recipe resume.

A new book, new show...Giada's backDe Laurentiis has 100 original recipes to help plan exciting new meals through the coming fall and winter.

It wouldn’t be Giada if her new book did not include the sweetest treats, and Giada’s Kitchen: New Italian Favorites does just that including a sinful Red Pepper Cheesecake and Panini with Chocolate and Brie.

Anyone drooling yet? De Laurentiis reports her six-month-old is too young for her favorites, but imagine how well that child will be fed!

To watch more of the Italian maven of cooking, don’t miss the fall return of her show on the Food Network, tonight, October 18.

The crux of her upcoming season to is aide in the ongoing effort by Americans to eat well on the run.

This year, most of the recipes on her show will be nutritious and fast.

I wish Giada would tell us her diet secrets! She has such a lovely figure for someone who eats the decadent food she cooks!
