Stepping into the fictional Sterling Cooper offices on the Mad Men set, we feel as if we've stepped into an old magazine rather than a live set for one Emmy’s biggest nominees.

Office of yesterday

Immediately walking into the fictional advertising offices, the row of typewriters immediately astounds.

There is something to this set that is magical. It is truly from another time.

Does this not look like fun?

Inside the homes

Life outside the office is as impeccably designed as the Mad Men office set.

From the living room to the kitchens, it is easy to see why this show is an Emmy favorite. The Academy adores programs that pay attention to this kind of detail. You'd be hard pressed to find detail more real than the set decor on Mad Men.

The Draper family kitchen and living room:

A living room for a 1960s prince and princess

High style in a kitchen, circa 1960!

Imagine cooking in this kitchen today?!
