After giving birth to Honor Marie, she and Warren have been nesting in their Hollywood home.

But yesterday, Alba was seen out in Santa Monica attending to some shopping. Meanwhile, Askmen.com has named Jessica to the top of their “World’s Most Desirable” list this morning.

The moniker is just one of many for “The Love Guru” star. She has topped practically every men’s magazine Top 100 list since she burst onto the scene in James “Titanic” Cameron’s “Dark Angel.” What is missing from the landscape are photos of Jess and Cash’s baby, Honor.

Where other celebrities are lining up to rake in millions to have their baby pictures adorn pop culture magazines, Alba has chosen not to, instead laying low and keeping her maternal joy to herself.
