Britney Spears' 17-year-old sister gave birth to a healthy baby girl at 9:30am in a Mississippi hospital near the Spears' Louisiana hometown.

The whole Spears family was at the hospital with Jamie Lynn to welcome the new arrival into the family. People Magazine is reporting that Jamie Lynn and fiancé Casey Alderidge, 19, named the baby girl Maddie Briann.

Since announcing her pregnancy in December, Jamie Lynn has left Los Angeles and settled in her hometown of Kentwood, Louisiana and got engaged to the baby's father, Casey Aldridge. The couple recently purchased a three-bedroom home in Liberty, Mississippi, near her hometown, where they plan to raise their baby girl.

Jamie Lynn recently passed her GED exam and has seemed to have made an honest effort to grow up and make the best out the situation.
