Are you looking for a natural hair treatment to get strong, healthy hair? Consider herbs. Some herbs can treat dandruff, restore shine and help hair grow.
Herbs
You probably have noticed that many shampoos and conditioners use herbal additives. Herbs are a natural remedy that can help revive dry, damaged hair and stimulate hair growth. You can apply herb solutions to your hair and scalp directly or ingest herbs to get healthy hair.

You can purchase herbs from your local health food shop, from a naturopath or herbalist, or from many online herb companies, such as Frontier Natural Products.

Are herbs safe?

Though herbs are all natural, it doesn't mean that they are completely safe for everyone. You can have an allergic reaction to some herbs. It's best to test a small amount of the herb on the inside of your wrist before treating your whole head or ingesting the herbs. Wait a day or two after applying to your wrist and check for any adverse reaction.

Which herbs will help my hair?

Rosemary

Some experts say that rosemary will help stimulate hair growth, fight dandruff and restore luster to your hair. To get healthy hair, you can cook rosemary in food or make rosemary water and use it as a rinse.

Bring a pot of water to boil and add rosemary leaves. Reduce heat and allow leaves to simmer for 10-15 minutes. Remove the leaves and allow the water to cool. You can even refrigerate it, if you prefer. Pour the cool rosemary water over freshly shampooed hair and rinse with tepid water.

Horsetail

Horsetail is a herb that is a great source of silica. Silica will strengthen your hair at its core and restore shine. To get healthy hair, you can make your own horsetail shampoo at home. Steep 2-3 tablespoons of horsetail in 1/2 cup hot water. Add the mixture to a baby shampoo and shampoo as usual.

At such an early age of 18 I surprisingly lost all my hair and went bald. You can imagine yourself how much of a social embarrassment it was. was avoiding and I got completely cut-off with my friend’s circle because everybody was making fun of me. Then one of my friends came up with this wonderful hair loss treatment and advised me to use it or be forever depressed. I preferred giving it a try and now I am more then glad to have my hair back and in a better state now.
