Amazingly, no one was injured in the Glouchester, NH crash. The driver of the other vehicle, Lucille P. Gatchell, 64, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence and failure to stay within marked lanes.

Gatchell’s BAC was .20 -- more than twice the legal limit.

Sandra Bullock’s driver, Mark Hussey, said he was driving the couple’s rented 2008 Chevy SUV at 15-20 miles per hour when Gatchell veered into his lane.

"Mrs. Bullock was very personable and was concerned for (Gatchell's) well-being," said said responding Police Officer Kevin Mackey.

Bullock is in the small New England town filming a new romantic comedy titled “The Proposal,” also starring Ryan Reynolds, Mary Steenburgen and Craig T. Nelson.
