Game Day Eats
When you are cooking for the Super Bowl this weekend, in addition to your traditional hot wings, mix it up by cooking up a batch of Sesame Chicken Wings too. These wings are delicious and provide a very different flavor. Enjoy these wonderful wings with a cold glass of your favorite beer as you watch the game.

Ingredients:
- 1 large garlic clove
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 1/2 Tbsp soy sauce
- 2 Tbsp hoisin sauce
- 2 1/2 Tbsp mild honey
- 1 tsp Asian sesame oil
- 3 lbs chicken wings
- 2 Tbsp sesame seeds (toasted)
- 2 scallions (chopped)
Preparation:
- Preheat over to 425 degrees Fahrenheit.
- Line a large, shallow baking pan with foil.
- Mince garlic and mash into a paste.
- Place garlic, salt, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, honey and sesame oil in a large bowl.
- Stir with a wooden spoon until well combined.
- Add wings to coat completely.
- Arrange wings in a single layer in baking pan.
- Roast in oven for 20 minutes.
- Turn and continue roasting for an additional 15-20 minutes.
- Remove from oven and toss wings with sesame seeds and scallions.
- Serve hot.
