I
m sure that every one of us, every day, is lost -- utterly lost -- because we don
t know what is sexy. We don
t know where to find the sexy, or what the sexy looks like, or even if we ourselves may qualify. What are we to do without knowledge of the sexy? Never fear! Victoria
s Secret, purveyor of naughty underthings and highly impractical shoes, is going to tell you exactly what is sexy. They have compiled a list, so we never have to wonder again! The list was unveiled in New York yesterday by three ridiculously, preternaturally gorgeous Brazilian models, Adriana Lima, Izabel Goulart and Alessandra Ambrosio. So what (or who) is on the list? Sexiest Musician: Adam Levine (Maroon 5), Shakira Sexiest Actor: Patrick Dempsey, Halle Berry Sexiest Athlete: Tom Brady, Maria Sharapova Sexiest TV Personality: Jay Leno, Shaun Robinson International city: St Tropez, France US city: Los Angeles Car: Ferrari 430 Spyder Food: Chocolate Video: Jessica Simpson's "These Boots Are Made for Walkin'" Sexiest movie ever: Unfaithful, starring Richard Gere and Diane Lane Allow me to comment. Adam Levine? Yum. Jay Leno? That just makes my skin crawl. Los Angeles? Los Angeles is not sexy, Los Angeles is dirty. And a movie about cheating on your husband? So not sexy. Good movie, but not sexy. But if Victoria's Secret says so, it must be. The winners in each category were up for debate among the decision-makers. According to spokeswoman Monica Mitro, "Sexy always changes. We looked at self-confidence, humor, presence, achievements." But Jay Leno? Really?

Those girls from the Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show has great bodies. From the moment I have watched them, I decided to have a good diet. I promised myself to eat healthy foods. But the problem is, holiday is fast approaching, for sure I can’t control myself to eat and that I am going to have troubles with groceries. I know I can eat healthier and exercise more frequently. Not only will I look better, I know I will feel better, too. It’s amazing how quickly you forget how good it feels to be in shape. Sitting on the couch after a long day instead of heading to the gym feels awesome, until you do it for two or three weeks in a row. Then, your laziness starts to catch up with you. Eating right and staying in shape can be expensive. Like I said, those grocery bills and gym membership fees definitely add up. However, the costs are certainly worth it. Taking care of yourself now will pay off later. Investing in your health will save you the trouble of serious health problems down the road. Not only can serious health problems be a detriment to your livelihood, they can also take a toll on your finances. Doctor visits, medications, therapy, routine checkups, and all that jazz can cost thousands of dollars even if you have insurance. The moral of the story is that eating right and staying fit won’t make you a Victoria’s Secret Angel, but it is imperative to adding minutes to your life.
